CULINARY ARTS INSTRUCTOR RECEIVES CCE
Bruce Squibb, Culinary Arts Instructor for BCTC, West Campus, has earned the
status of Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) by the American Culinary Federation
(ACF).
The certification is awarded to culinary professionals who have demonstrated
knowledge and understanding in the areas of sanitation, nutrition and personnel
supervision, as well as documented a history of employment experience equal to
the level of certification granted. The American Culinary Federation is a
professional, not-for-profit organization for chefs and cooks dedicated to
promoting the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education
among culinarians at all levels, from apprentices to the most accomplished
certified master chefs.
