1971 Jeffrey Wetzel
I would just like to say thay I was one of the first year students at the Berks Vo Tech School East in Oley when it opened up. Mr Beard was my teacher. The school was state of the art back in the early 70s and I am sure it is even better now. It was great. I currently am the Health and Safety Manager for Morton Powder Coatings a Rohm and Haas Company out of Philadelphia. I am responsible for 3 plants in the US and one in Italy, Spain, Germany, and England. Even though I am no longer in carpentry, I will always remember my days of building houses after graduation.

1972 Ralph Felix
In 1970 I entered the electronics program which was taught at the time by Mr Bucks. I later attended Ryder Tech College and received my degree in specialized electronics. I am truly greatfull for this expeience and the rewards of having a great career. I am currently a Sr. Field engineer for Heidelberg USA. I install and service laser imaging devices for the Printing industry. I am also responsible for installing and configuring the network of front end servers that drive these devices.

1989 Scott Massar
I remember getting the work that we had 2 weeks to complete finished in 2 days in Micro-Computer Specialization. Wish I had enough money to have gone to college.
After, graduation I worked my way up from dishwasher to chef. Worked in food industry from 1989 - 1999. Then telemarketing, which my computer skills had me promoted to Supervisor of 40 employees within 6months.
Now, I have my own website design company http://www.razzam.com

I will be graduating with my associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Keystone College and will continue to go on for two more years. I will be working for my B.S. and i will be be dual majoring in elementary ed/early childhood education. Thank you Mrs. H. for everything!

I would Like to Say It has been a wonderful Year in the Culinary Arts Program and the things I Have learned in this Field are Outstanding. I would like to Thank all the Chefs for there Outstanding Efforts of showing us how to become better no matter what you want to do. I was the Kitchen Helper in the Culinary Arts and Have been doing that 3 Years now and it is going well I would like to thank Chef Squibb, & Chef Heidi for Being exellent Instructors Even though it is their job I just want them to know That they are Exellent Instructors

my time at bctc west was great i learned alot and had a good time while doing it.I currently am working in my field of study, rec and power building motorcycles and doin there mantanance. I would recomend any class at either east or west its great.

The last 3 years have been the best of my life. I have learned so much at BCTC and I will always have a career to fall back on. I was in the Printing Technology program and my instructors were GREAT and filled me with an amazing amount of knowledge. Thanks alot Mr. Harris and Mr. Arndt! I would also like to say that the Cosmetology program is great i spent many of my Thursdays and Fridays there for clinic. I highly recommend BCTC to anyone (even if you plan to go to college)!

yea so ive been outta school since last june and theres alot thats happened since then.. i lost some friends started hanging out with old friends. i moved. i have a daughter now..with a person i met at tech..lol.but i did have some fun times there and i made lots of new friends..im defintly never goin to forget shop with all those great people..i miss it already even tho im glad to be outta school..i got my ged to so now im a high school graduate..yay..
