The 2,186-square-foot, one-story home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a master bedroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in closet. The home also features ceramic tile and random-width oak flooring, a brick fireplace, a three-car garage, and brick and vinyl siding on the exterior. The driveway is paved and the lawn is seeded and landscaped.
Under instructor Michael Swiderski's direction and supervision, East Campus students enrolled in construction cluster programs, including Building Construction Occupations, Cabinetmaking, Carpentry, Electrical Occupations, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, Masonry, Painting and Decorating, and Plumbing and Heating, worked together to complete the house. Students enrolled in BCTC’s Horticulture Program put the finishing touches on the property by attractively landscaping around the house.
