Career Pathways is a k-12 framework that helps to ensure that all students in Berks County access to information, resources, experiences, and training from kindergarten through grade 12 which will contribute to informed decision making and post-graduation success. The program was developed by the Berks County Career Pathways Alliance as a systematic approach to preparing our students for the future.
Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) has been a great partner to Career Pathways and BCTC's own Communication Media Technology (CMT) program was called to help create a video that explains the importance of the program. Mr. Del Conte worked with many of his students, including production manager and senior, Chris Logar, and motion graphics editor and senior, Justin Freed, to execute the video. The video was debuted at the 48th Annual Berks County Directors Convention for an audience of over 200 people and will continue to be used as an educational and mareting tool throughout Berks County.
