Jayden Todd

robot building Jayden Todd, a senior from the Boyertown Area School District, is enrolled in the Mechatronics Technology program at the BCTC West campus. He plans to secure a career in the Electronic/Robotic Engineering field.

During his time at BCTC, Jayden has earned several certifications and awards. These include the OSHA 10-Hour Certification, "BCTC Student of the Quarter" award, the "Perfect Attendance" award, and the successful completion of IFT-110 and NOCTI.

Jayden is an active member of the National Technical Honor Society, chorus, and theatre. He also served as a Team-Building Day volunteer.

Upon graduation, Jayden plans to further his education at Villanova University for Electrical Engineering.

Jayden has enjoyed the hands-on and lab-oriented approach offered at BCTC. He finds that it has better prepared him for work outside of the classroom by allowing him to directly learn in an environment similar to his chosen career path. When asked to describe BCTC in his own words, Jayden said, "Learning career-relevant information, establishing useful connections, earning college credits for free and all the while I've yet to get my diploma makes BCTC feel like the gift that keeps on giving."

Your efforts are certainly paying off, Jayden!
