Jessica Lynch

smart seniors Jessica Lynch is a senior at Conrad Weiser and is enrolled in the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitative Therapy (SMaRT) program at the BCTC East campus. Her ultimate goal is to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Jessica had the opportunity to participate in an internship at Sir Physical Therapy where she got to watch and observe the physical therapist and their assistants. In addition, she got to interact with several patients and guide them with their exercises. Some of her responsibilities included putting ice and heat on patients and gathering tools and equipment for the staff.

Furthermore, Jessica has earned many certifications to benefit her chosen career path. These achievements include First Aid, CPR, Personal Training, OSHA, and Physical Therapy Aid. She is also a member of HOSA.

Outside of school, Jessica is part of the soccer and softball team and takes part at Barn of Horrors.

Upon graduating BCTC, Jessica plans to attend Penn State University and major in the field of Physical Therapy.

When asked how she personally feels about BCTC, Jessica replied, "BCTC gives you such a wide variety of options. I really like that it gives you a head start for your future. You learn so much that by the end of the three years you can choose if you want to be in this field. I had a good experience in this program and I want to finish my career in this field."
