Students who attend the Welding Technology program at BCTC's west campus have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to meet the standards of the American Welding Society (AWS).
The AWS held the annual competition for the Reading section this past March, where students showcased their abilities. Three students from the Welding Technology program proved their talent, and placed in this elite competition.
