Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) is proud to announce that its Horticulture students bloomed into champions at the annual Oley Fair, taking home a remarkable set of awards for their floral arrangements.
BCTC students showcased their creativity, skill, and attention to detail—earning six First Place ribbons, two Second Place ribbons, and one Third Place ribbon across multiple categories. To crown the accomplishments, Liz Fortna was awarded Best of Show, the highest honor of the fair.
