Four BCTC students wearing tan SkillsUSA uniforms stand together at the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania awards ceremony in Hershey, each wearing a medal around their neck. The students smile for a photo near the auditorium entrance, with the stage and audience visible in the background.

tudents from Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) delivered standout performances at the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania Leadership and Skills Conference, held in Hershey, where they put their skills to the test against top career and technical education students from across the state.

From precision and problem-solving to leadership and teamwork, BCTC students stepped into competition ready to perform. The annual conference gives students the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios that mirror the demands of their future careers—and this year, BCTC students rose to the occasion.

Competing across a wide range of technical and leadership events, students brought focus, confidence, and determination to every challenge. Their strong performances reflect the effort they’ve put in throughout the year and the pride they take in representing their programs, instructors, and school community.

This year’s conference brought home exciting results for BCTC, with students earning top placements in multiple categories.
